I am a PhD student in the Network Science Institute at Northeastern University, where I am co-advised by Prof. David Lazer and Prof. Christo Wilson.

My research interest lies at the intersection of algorithmic systems and human cognition, with particular attention to the policy implications of recommendation algorithm design.

I earned my B.S. in Cognitive Science, with a specialization in Machine Learning and Neural Computation, and later my Master’s in Data Science, both from UC San Diego. During my Master’s, I worked with Prof. David Danks on the question of how personalization might impact political polarization. Currently, I’m extending that work using empirical social network methods.
